Incline Village General Improvement District Board of Trustees Meeting held in Incline Village on March 28, 2024

At a Special Meeting of the IVGID Board of Trustees, on Wednesday, May 28, 2024, the Board listened to a variety of topics during the Public Comment period. The Community members read and spoke about the subjects related to the Audited Financial Statements, Beach RFID Access, and concerns regarding donations.
GENERAL BUSINESS (for possible action)
District General Manager Bobby Magee provided an overview of the Audited Financial Statements. Following Jennifer Farr’s PowerPoint Presentation and Board questions G.M. Magee assured the Board that staff would continue to work on the items indicated by Davis Farr to finalize the Financial Statements and the ACFR.
The Board of Trustees Appointed Chair Sara Schmitz as the Beach Liaison and Trustee Matthew Dent as the Construction Liaison for the Beach House and Beach Access Projects. The Board further directed staff to have both cost estimates for the RFID and staff will provide manual access of the gate as a part of the Budget development.
The Board unanimously approved the CMAR Construction Agreement with Granite for the Effluent Storage Tank Project with a guaranteed maximum price of $6,636,173.51 (inclusive of $407,207 in Owner Controlled Risk Reserve.) The Board also approved the construction administration services agreement for the Effluent Storage Tank Project with Jacobs Engineering in an amount not to exceed $200,157.
