General Manager - Golf Operations NOW HIRING!

Responsible for the leadership & mgmt. of The Golf Courses at Incline Village (Championship & Mountain Course), incl. Golf, Facilities & Events (year round), & Mktg, F&B (seasonal). Provide direction, supv., coaching & support of staff; mgmt. of resources consistent w/GM general admin direction. Perform high level admin., technical & professional work, while overseeing the development of activities/ops. of a comprehensive golf program & associated projects. Ensures all svcs meet or exceed resident & public expectations. Req: Bachelor’s degree & 10 yrs. increasingly responsible exp. golf course ops or related cust. svc. environment, w/7 yrs. in mgmt; or equivalent combo. Valid DL & Class A PGA/LPGA Pro. Proven ability to develop policies, goals & svcs, establish/foster effective wkg relationships, Excellent org, admin, analytical & cust. svc; strong computer & financial accounting skills. Able to instruct all levels of golf & knowledge/understanding of all aspects golf course mgmt., all USGA rules/regs & current tech development/trends in course design, maint. & equip, merchandising & competitive courses.
