Year-Round Full-Time Employee Benefits include:
- Employer paid group medical, dental, vision, life; short-term and long-term disability insurance for employee and percentage paid for dependents
- Paid time off that includes 11 holidays, accrual of sick and vacation leave
- The District contributes 13.3% of an employee’s salary into a Pension fund after 6 months of employment and matches 100% of an employee’s contribution, up to 4% of annual earnings, in a 457 Deferred Compensation program
